Megatron Markets provides software for discovering prices, preparing orders, negotiating quotes, and reviewing trade records between participating desks.

Product scope

Accounts, desks and memberships define the scope of each participant workflow. The terminal and API use the same instrument, order, quote and record contracts.

The product covers model-specific bundles, provider references, spot and forward-dated instruments, order books, RFQs, voice sessions, fills, positions, fees and capacity evidence. Availability and new-exposure admission depend on the selected instrument and desk controls.

Software scope

A matched trade records an agreement between its participating desks. The software preserves terms, order state, fills, positions, fees and participant-provided capacity evidence.

The documented participant routes define software behavior and record shapes. Use the API response as the source of truth for each workflow state.

Participant workflows

Create a login, select a desk, inspect instruments, compare prices and submit the workflow appropriate to your role. Each account-scoped action carries its desk identity and authority context.

Each participant remains responsible for deciding how to use the product, evaluating counterparties, and meeting obligations agreed outside the software.
